What we can't help with
We don't have access to your shipment, your order, or your account with UniUni or the retailer you bought from. We can't look up private order details, issue refunds, redirect a package, or speak to UniUni on your behalf. The only tracking information we can see is the same public information you can see yourself by entering your tracking number on this site or on UniUni's own tracker. For anything involving a specific order or delivery problem, contact UniUni or your retailer directly.
Response time
This is a small, independent site, not a staffed support desk. We read every message, but we can't guarantee a same-day reply. If your question is time-sensitive and involves an actual shipment, go directly to UniUni or your retailer rather than waiting on us — they're the only ones who can actually act on it.

Why can't you look up what's happening with my specific package?
We only have access to the same public tracking data you can retrieve yourself by entering your own tracking number. We have no separate visibility into your order, account, or shipment beyond that.
