When you use the tracking tool, the tracking number you enter is sent to UniUni's public tracking service to retrieve your shipment status. We do not require an account, do not require sign-in, and do not build a stored profile tied to a specific tracking number. Successful lookups may be cached on our servers for a short period to speed up repeated requests and reduce load on UniUni's public service. This cache is short-lived and is not a permanent or personally identifiable record.
Automatically collected technical information
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, and referring page. This is used for security, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention. It is not used to identify you personally.
Analytics data
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are read, how long visits last, general geographic region, device category, and similar aggregate usage patterns.
