UniUni Reviews: What Trustpilot and BBB Actually Show
If you’re trying to decide whether to worry about a UniUni delivery in progress, or whether to believe a bad review you just read, here’s the direct version: UniUni’s public review record is bad, not just below average. Two platforms publish numbers anyone can check right now, and both put UniUni near the bottom of the scale for a delivery company.
This page isn’t the “is UniUni a real company or a scam” question. That one has its own answer, with the full ownership and accreditation story, on the what is UniUni page. This page is for after you’ve already accepted UniUni is a real business and want to know what people actually say about using it.
Ratings and complaint counts on this page were checked directly against Trustpilot and BBB in September 2026. Both change by the day. Treat every number here as a snapshot, and follow the linked profile if you want today’s exact figure instead of ours. Independent guide, not UniUni’s official site.
The Short Version
Trustpilot rates UniUni 1.1 out of 5, its “Bad” label, from 2,788 reviews as of September 2026. BBB gives UniUni an A rating for accreditation purposes, but its separate customer review feature averages 1.04 out of 5 from 1,259 reviews. Those two BBB numbers aren’t contradicting each other. They’re measuring two different things, and the section below explains why.
Trustpilot: the Numbers
UniUni sits at 1.1 out of 5 on Trustpilot, rated “Bad” on Trustpilot’s own five-tier scale, based on 2,788 reviews. 1,629 of those were posted in the last twelve months, so this isn’t an old number dragged down by a few bad years. It’s current.
The breakdown is lopsided even by the standards of a low-rated company: 95 percent of reviews are one star, roughly 3 percent are five stars, and the remaining ratings barely register. Two things worth knowing about how that number gets built. Trustpilot’s own transparency notes on UniUni’s profile say the company has no recent history of asking customers for reviews, and hasn’t replied to negative reviews on the platform. That matters because a review base built mostly from people who went looking for somewhere to complain, rather than an average customer who got invited to leave feedback, will always skew rougher than the true average experience. It doesn’t make the number wrong. It does mean 1.1 describes the people upset enough to write something, not necessarily every UniUni customer.

BBB: Two Numbers, Not One
BBB reports on UniUni in two ways that people mix up constantly, and the mix-up is exactly why this section exists.
The first is accreditation. UniUni holds an A rating and has been BBB accredited since February 2020. That’s a letter grade covering whether the business operates honestly, discloses its practices, and responds to disputes. The what is UniUni page covers what that accreditation actually means and doesn’t mean, and this page won’t repeat it.
The second is the complaint and review record, and this is the part that belongs here. BBB’s complaint register shows 1,564 total complaints filed against UniUni over the standard three-year reporting window, with 848 closed in the past 12 months alone. Of that 1,564, 1,490 are logged specifically as Delivery Issues, not billing, not customer service tone, not product quality. The complaint volume is concentrated almost entirely on whether the package actually arrived.
Separately, BBB runs a customer review feature, distinct from the complaint log and distinct from the letter grade. UniUni’s customer reviews average 1.04 out of 5 from 1,259 reviews. BBB states plainly on its own site that customer reviews aren’t used in calculating the letter grade. That’s the actual mechanism behind the “A rating with 1-star reviews” pattern you’ll see UniUni’s own reviewers point out. It isn’t a loophole or a sign something’s being hidden. It’s two different measurements sitting on the same profile.

What the Reviews Actually Say
Reading a large sample of current reviews across both platforms turns up the same handful of complaints, repeated in different words by different people.
The most common is a package marked delivered that the customer says never arrived. Several reviewers specifically dispute the proof-of-delivery photo UniUni’s system generates, saying it shows the wrong door, the wrong building, or nothing they recognize as their address. A close second is how drivers leave packages once they do arrive: tossed onto porches, set on the ground near a road, left somewhere exposed rather than at the door. A few reviewers mention catching this on their own doorbell camera footage.
Reaching an actual person is its own recurring complaint. Reviewers describe chatbots that only handle a fixed set of preset questions, phone lines that disconnect before connecting to anyone, and canned responses that don’t address the specific problem raised. One pattern shows up often enough in UniUni’s own published responses to BBB complaints to be worth naming directly: when a delivery genuinely fails, the company’s answer is frequently to redirect the customer to their retailer rather than resolve it through UniUni. That’s not a single frustrated customer’s opinion. It’s a pattern visible in the company’s own words, repeated across dozens of separate complaint threads.
Two other frequent complaints are really mechanics questions wearing review-page clothing. Tracking stuck on the same status for days, most often “out for delivery” or a gateway transit stage, is a tracking-status question, covered in full on the tracking status guide. Disputes over whether a failed-delivery attempt actually happened are a delivery-process question, covered on the delivery guide. Both come up constantly in reviews, but the actual explanation lives on those pages, not here.
What the Good Reviews Say
A smaller, real slice of reviews describe the opposite experience: on time, undamaged, no drama. This shows up more often on lower-value orders and in areas where UniUni appears to have denser driver coverage, though neither platform publishes location-level data to confirm that pattern beyond what reviewers mention themselves. A few reviewers say directly that they braced for a bad experience after reading UniUni’s reputation online, then had their package arrive without incident. That contrast is worth stating plainly rather than editing out for the sake of a tidier negative story. It’s a small minority next to the volume above, but it’s a real one, and reviewers describing it seem to know they’re the exception rather than the rule.
Platforms We Couldn’t Verify
Four other platforms commonly cited for delivery-company reviews didn’t clear the bar for a confident, current number as of this writing. Google doesn’t publish a crawlable aggregate business rating we could verify directly. PissedConsumer blocks direct access to its review pages, and cached snapshots from different dates contradict each other on both the review count and the rating. Sitejabber and ConsumerAffairs don’t currently show UniUni-specific review data at all. Rather than guess or round from a stale search snippet, we’re leaving those out until a number can be pulled and verified directly, the same way the Trustpilot and BBB figures above were.
If You’ve Had a Bad Experience
If your own delivery matches one of the patterns above, the fastest path isn’t leaving a review, it’s escalating it. The customer service guide covers every contact channel UniUni actually has, ranked by what tends to get a real response versus what tends to loop.
Frequently Asked
- Is UniUni’s Trustpilot rating accurate?
- The 1.1 rating is accurate as a reflection of what people who chose to leave a Trustpilot review experienced. It likely skews rougher than the average of all UniUni customers, since Trustpilot’s own data shows UniUni doesn’t actively invite reviews, meaning the sample leans toward people motivated enough to complain unprompted.
- Why does UniUni have an A rating from BBB if the reviews are this low?
- Because BBB’s letter grade and its customer review feature measure different things, and by BBB’s own statement, customer reviews don’t factor into the grade at all. See the what is UniUni page for the full explanation of what BBB accreditation does and doesn’t confirm.
- Are there any good UniUni reviews?
- Yes, a real minority. They tend to describe on-time, undamaged deliveries, more often for lower-value orders. See the section above for what separates those from the dominant complaint pattern.
- Where can I read the reviews myself?
- Directly on Trustpilot and BBB. Both update in real time, so today’s numbers there may differ slightly from what’s stated on this page.
- When was this page last checked?
- September 2026, against both platforms directly. Ratings and complaint counts shift constantly. If it’s been a while since that date, treat the figures here as a starting point and check the live profiles.
